On Friday we relaxed and went to dinner at a local restaurant, El Paso. It is always delicious and a fun place to catch up with family.
After dinner, my sister mom and I went to see my baby cousin! She is so adorable and I couldn't believe I had never seen her before!
Saturday was such a jam packed day!
We headed to Panera and Target for some morning breakfast and shopping prep before the Party on Sunday.
My mom, sister, and I always try to have some fun bonding time since we are all so busy so we went over to the nail salon to have some spa time!
Switching from Butter Please Essie to Maroon for my Hokies
My sister also had a soccer game that afternoon and I got in to the action and was a side line ref!
Beautiful park where my sisters game was
After our crazy day and watching the Hokies in a disappointing loss, my who family went in to the District to eat out at our new favorite restaurant Del Friscos.
DC!
Sunday was a haze of early morning Ihop and Starbucks runs, making all of the final preparations for the party and one too many little kids running around our house.
We had a huge variety of "stations" set up including- pumpkin painting, face painting, cupcake and cookie decorating, bobbing for apples, and temporary tattoos.
We finished off the party racing outside playing a very intense game of capture the pumpkin.
I then packed up and watched a very hard fought game by the Redskins playing the Giants.
Going home is never dull and I already miss my family so much!
